Ms. Hayden is the Vice President of Business Development at JYG Innovations and has over twenty (20) years of experience in developing client and preferred partners relationships. Ms. Hayden is responsible for implementing and executing JYG’s strategic plans, including developing, capturing and executing business opportunities throughout the DoD, Federal and Commercial markets. She leads the proposal development team in creating proposals to win new business and retain existing contracts. Ms. Hayden has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Capital University.
