Ms. Gamblin is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of JYG Innovations which was established in November 2009. She has held a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification in the past and has over 22 years of experience in Information Technology. Ms. Gamblin is responsible for defining corporate strategy and executive leadership. Her strategic vision is anchored in the belief that “no man is an island”. This belief is at the heart of JYG’s collaborative approach with employees, customers and industry partners resulting in an average growth rate of 40% each year since inception. Previous positions include Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer and various other Senior Leadership positions within the IT industry. She has previously served on various committees and boards including the Advisory Board Member for James Madison University Institute for Infrastructure and Information Assurance and currently serves on the boards of the Greater Ohio Valley Women in Defense Chapter, the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, Dayton Chamber of Commerce, YWCA and the Foodbank. Ms. Gamblin has a Bachelor of Science from Wright State University and Master of Science from Central Michigan University.
Mr. Rehs is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at JYG Innovations and has over 30 years of project management experience directing, guiding, and leading multi-functional teams of technical and subject matter experts analyzing systems and processes leading to infrastructure and information technology improvements. Through his guidance and direction, teams have cultivated the knowledge to provide the right solution within the right framework while instilling a “customer-first” approach. Mr. Rehs has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kent State University, a Master of Business Administration in Management from Golden Gate University, a Master of Strategic Studies from the Air War College, and a Villanova University Master Certificate in Applied Project Management; PMP Program of Studies.
Mr. Crum is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at JYG Innovations and has over 15 years of experience as a Systems Engineer specializing in IT security, telecommunications, networking, and systems architecture across multiple markets to include education, defense, healthcare and manufacturing. Mr. Crum’s experience runs across all levels of IT environments to include commercial, state and local, and Federal Civilian organizations and DoD organizations. Mr. Crum’s “can-do” approach and unwavering technical know-how has led JYG teams in ensuring customer success and satisfaction leading to customer retention rate approaching the 100% mark. Mr. Crum is a Red Hat Certified Technician, Certified Ethical Hacker/Certified Network Defense Architect and Nortel Networks Certified Design Expert.
Ms. Vauls is the Vice President of Accounting/HR at JYG Innovations and has over 25 years of experience in multiple leadership roles across the Finance and Accounting industry for both commercial and government businesses. Ms. Vauls’ provides oversight and leadership in the areas of financial planning and analysis, controllership, cash flow management, A/R, A/P and payroll. In addition, Ms. Vauls’ leads the company’s leadership development, training, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits and diversity initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, Ms. Vauls’ sets JYG’s financial direction and has significantly contributed to the growth and financial stability of JYG.
Mr. Osterman is Vice President of Strategic Programs at JYG Innovations, and has over 30 years’ experience in information technology development, management and business consulting. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has served as CIO and IT Director in various commercial and manufacturing environments. Mr. Osterman’s experience includes over 15 years’ in DoD environments including development of digital flight control systems for F-111, F-16, F-22 and Taiwanese Indigenous Defensive Fighter aircraft. He has developed embedded systems for GPS / Inertial smart bomb applications, and has managed verification and validation efforts for major ACAT-I ERP implementations for the US Air Force. Mr. Osterman’s focus includes strategic planning, relationship cultivation, business development and new program startup. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Evansville and a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Dallas.
